Make sure to confirm breakfast charges as they can vary significantly, and consider opting for a queen bed if you prefer more comfort than a king.

I really enjoyed my time here, especially the comfy room and the relaxing sauna options – a perfect escape! It’s got a great vibe with the hotel’s cozy atmosphere that made unwinding easy. Just a heads up, I faced a bit of an elevator issue that took some time to sort out, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 😊

Had an awesome getaway with my friends! The location was perfect for visiting wineries too. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Enjoyed great food at the restaurant, especially breakfast. Highly recommend the homemade beans and the cocktail selection at the bar!
One downside was the slow service we encountered during dinner. It put a slight damper on our evening, but overall, it didn't ruin our trip.

The buffet breakfast offered numerous gluten-free options, making it a delight for coeliacs, while the hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Though the room size was excellent and boasted good facilities, housekeeping fell short during my stay, with my room not properly cleaned upon check-in. The reception staff were less accommodating when I raised this issue. Additionally, the slow service during our group dinner was disappointing, even if the venue had a great atmosphere.

great stay but dining service needs attention
I appreciated the ample parking which made our arrival smooth. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles, setting a warm tone. Our superior twin room was spacious with a plush bed, and I especially enjoyed the balcony offering stunning city and mountain views during the day.
The slow service during our dinner was disheartening. it impacted our overall dining experience but did not overshadow the positives of our stay.

Had an awesome stay! The Superior Twin Room was clean, comfortable, and had large windows overlooking Latimer Square. Plus, the free Wi-Fi and coffee pod machine were nice touches. The hot cross buns and Easter eggs at breakfast were a delightful surprise, making our mornings even better.
Only downside was some noise from the laundry trucks in the morning.

A lack of an information book about the hotel and nearby attractions is disappointing!!! Recessed lights above the bed area didn’t work, which is frustrating!!! Room maintenance could use attention to detail!!!
